SEN Gymnastics

Our semi-structured SEN Gymnastics Session offers a relaxed, open-play environment tailored for individuals with Special Educational Needs. Designed to promote freedom of movement, exploration, and sensory engagement, this session allows participants to enjoy gymnastics equipment at their own pace, with minimal structure and maximum flexibility. Coaches are on hand to supervise, support, and guide when needed, but participants are free to move between stations, try different activities, or simply enjoy the space in a way that feels comfortable for them. The focus is on creating a calm, inclusive atmosphere where each individual can build confidence, coordination, and social interaction in a stress-free setting. Perfect for those who prefer a more flexible approach to physical activity, with the option for parents or carers to assist and join in if needed.
