SEN Gymnastics

Our Semi-Structured SEN Gymnastics Sessions provide a relaxed, inclusive environment for children with Special Educational Needs, offering regular weekly opportunities to explore gymnastics equipment under direct supervision of parents or carers. Participants can enjoy open play at their own pace, promoting movement, sensory engagement, confidence, coordination, and social interaction.

For children who have the ability and interest to learn gymnastics skills in a more guided setting, we also offer one or two coached groups, where our professional coaches provide gentle instruction in a supportive, low-pressure environment. The focus remains on flexibility, enjoyment, and a calm atmosphere, ensuring every child can engage in gymnastics in a way that feels comfortable and empowering.
